Thank you for shopping with [Indian Summer]. Because we operate a dropshipping business, all products are sourced from our trusted suppliers and shipped directly to you. This means delivery times can vary depending on the supplier and your location.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Once you place an order, we process it within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your Order ID.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier partners across India (such as Delhivery, DTDC, Ecom Express, India Post, and others).

Important Notes:

  • These are estimated times only. Actual delivery may take longer during festive seasons (Diwali, Eid, Christmas, etc.), monsoon, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
  • Business days mean Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (within India): We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 will be charged at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Available to selected countries. Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees levied by your country’s customs authority.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
  • You can track your order on our website or directly on the courier partner’s website.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

5. What If My Package Is Lost, Damaged, or Delayed?

  • Damaged in Transit: Please refer to our Return Policy. We will arrange a replacement (you pay return shipping).
  • Lost Package: If your order is not delivered within 20 business days of dispatch and tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or resolution.
  • Significant Delay: We will keep you updated. In rare cases of excessive delay, we may offer a partial refund or store credit (subject to our discretion).

Note: Once the package is handed over to the courier partner, we are no longer responsible for delays or loss caused by the courier.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to:

  • All pin codes across India
  • Selected international countries (list available at checkout)

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Certain restricted areas (we will notify you during checkout)

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change the address after placing the order, contact us within 2 hours (before dispatch).
