Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Because we operate a dropshipping business, all items are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. This policy is designed to be fair while protecting our small business from unnecessary costs and abuse.

1. Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color choice, or items that simply don’t meet your expectations.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The item is not as described on our website (major discrepancy)
  • You received the wrong item

All other returns will be declined.

2. Return Window

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Requests received after 14 days will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at [Whatre97@gmail.com] with your order number, photos of the issue, and a clear description of the problem.
  2. We will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the RA number.

Important:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all tags/labels attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

4. Replacement Only (No Refunds)

If your return request is approved, we will only provide a replacement itemnot a refund.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship a replacement (subject to stock availability from our supplier).
  • Replacements typically ship within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • If the exact item is unavailable, we will offer a comparable alternative or store credit (at our discretion).

No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You (the buyer) are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. What We Will Not Accept

  • Returns without prior approval (we will refuse the package)
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or alteration
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

7. Our Commitment

We will always do our best to resolve issues without requiring a return (for example, by offering a partial refund, discount on a future order, or replacement without return shipping when possible). Our goal is to keep returns to an absolute minimum while still standing behind the quality of our products.
